Introduction
The training admin can set the due date to the course/training plan making the training required for learners to complete by a certain date. A detailed description on the training Due Date, its meaning and management is given in this article.

Course Due Date
Course Due Date can be set and managed during e-Learning courses creation or after it. In both cases you need to go to LMS365 Admin Center > Course List > select the relevant e-Learning course > Course Management panel > Manage Course Settings to get directly to the Settings section of the course creation/editing panel or Edit Course to get to the Basic Details section and then navigate to the Settings section.

On the Settings section panel, you can enable/disable the Due Date option by dragging the toggle On/Off.

If the Due Date is enabled, you have two variants of the Set Due Date as option:
- number of days after enrollment - this variant allows to set the due date taking into account the learner's enrollment day and time. For example, if you set 20 days after enrollment - the countdown starts from the learner's enrollment date. When 20 days pass the due date is reached.
- a fixed date - this variant allows to set the due date at the exact day and time. The countdown starts from the moment the course is published. On the selected date the due date is reached.
In both cases, learner will see the exact course due date - hourglass icon - on the course home page web part in the Information section.

Training Plan Due Date
Training plan Due Date can be set and managed during training plan creation or after it. In both cases you need to go to LMS365 Admin Center > Training Plan List > select the relevant training plan > Training Plan Management panel > Manage Training Plan Settings to get directly to the Settings section of the training plan creation/editing panel or Edit Training Plan to get to the Basic Details section and then navigate to the Settings section.

On the Settings section you can enable/disable the Due Date option by dragging the toggle On/Off.

If the Due Date is enabled, you have two variants of the Set Due Date as option:
- number of days after enrollment - this variant allows to set the due date taking into account the learner's enrollment day and time. For example, if you set 150 days after enrollment - the countdown starts from the learner's enrollment date. When 150 days pass the due date is reached.
- a fixed date - this variant allows to set the due date at the exact day and time. The countdown starts from the moment the training plan is published. On the selected date the due date is reached.
In both cases, learner will see the exact training plan due date - hourglass icon - on the training plan home page web part in the Information section.

Due Date is over
If the training Due Date is over and there are learners with uncompleted training status, the admin can track them from the LMS365 Admin Center on the Course/Training Plan List under the Overdue column.

Or in the Course/Training Plan Progress on the Course/Training Plan management panel the number and percentage of learners will be specified in the Overdue section.

In the Course/Training Plan Progress report this learners will also have the Overdue status in the corresponding column.

NOTE:Learner can still enroll to training or proceed learning within uncompleted training even with the overdue course date.

On the training due date, the enrolled learner will receive an email notification that the course due date is over.

Due Date is changed
If the training due date is changed by the admin, learners enrolled in the training with a Not Started or In Progress training status will have their due date of the course or training plan updated and they will see the updated due date on the training home page and on My Training Dashboard.
Learners with a Completed training status will not be affected by this change.
Due Date is not set
If the training due date is not set, learner can complete it any time. Learner will not see any due dates in the Information section on the training home page.

Due Date is removed
If the training due date is removed, all learner including those who have already completed the training will not see any due dates in the Information section on the training home page. Learners' progress in the training is not affected by this change.
